The 2019 star lists are based on a combination of college potential, on-field performance, improvements, athletic intangibles, team influence, college recruiting, and overall skill set. Our rankings do favor the college recruiting process and the college football potential of the student-athlete.
The list includes only players playing at an MIAA High School or a NEPSAC School. Postgrads are included on the list, and Mass. residents playing at schools outside of Mass. are also recognized in a section below.
