Anna Kelly ‘16 - Lexngton - Girls Basketball
Lexington High School sophomore guard Anna Kelly '16 is in the midst of an impressive scoring explosion. On Tuesday night Kelly scored a career and school record 52 points in a 76-59 win over Belmont.
Kelly also notched a triple-double in the win by snatching 11 steals and grabbing 10 rebounds.
Kelly was 19-of-34 from the field with six 3-pointers.
The Super-Sophomore also had recent scoring efforts of 41 points on Jan. 31 in a win over Woburn and 33 points, 14 rebounds, and 11 steals in a win over Reading last week.
Kelly is the state's leading scorer and she is having a monster breakout season for Lexington after a strong freshman campaign.
