John Fadule ‘14 - Quarterback - Wellesley
Wellesley quarterback John Fadule '14 had the difficult task this week of following up his impressive 400-yard, six touchdown effort in last week's 42-27 upset win over Duxbury.
It turned out Fadule was up to the task and more, as he helped lead Wellesley to their second straight, impressive victory in a 61-52 shootout over Marshfield.
The senior signal caller totaled 520 yards of total offense (444 passing, 76 rushing) to go with eight touchdowns (six passing, two rushing).
Fadule also completed 23-of-31 passes on the night.
Late in the fourth quarter of play Fadule came up with a 4-yard touchdown run and 2-point conversion that would prove to be the game winner.
Fadule and Wellesley will look to keep things rolling when they take on Needham on Thanksgiving Day.
